So What's the Process?
ONE: Place your order or build a supscription
Place a single or subscription order via our website or dm our Facebook page and a friendly admin specialist from Farm To Freezer will be in touch to book you in. You will receive your first intial email to say we have received your order, then we will send a text message to let you know your delivery day. Please note, if you have created a subscription, we will follow the same process for each recurring order.
TWO: We freshly cut your order
2. We freshly cut your order the day prior to delivery. This gives you the freshest meat possible and the longest life out of your product.
THREE: We text you a deliver date/time
3. You will also receive a second text message letting you know we have freshly completed your order and your delivery time.
FOUR: We deliver your order
4: Now don't stress if you are not home or will be ducking out. We have many solutions to our easy ordering and delivery service. We can supply ice bricks and place it in an esky provided. Or if you aren't home and select this option, our driver will always send you a photo of delivery. This makes it easy if your ducking out for 10, you can duck back home and put your meat order away.
If this option doesn't work, we can pop you in for a re-delivery. Our Coffs Harbour customers have multiple deliverys during the week (Wednesday afternoon, Friday morning and Friday afternoon), so we're sure to catch you at some point. Our Port Macquarie customers only have Thursday mornings but our driver is rostered on early shift to catch you before work and child drop off's.
All our drivers are hired by farm to freezer so we have hire communications to try and suit busy lifestyles.
